Hi, Jason here — from the band ACTORS and music producer at Jacknife Sound in Vancouver, BC.
Touring has been a huge part of my life these past few years, but as the schedule starts to ease up, I'm excited to spend some time here.
This is new to me, so consider this first post a bit of a soft launch. I want this space to be more than just updates — a place to talk music, creativity, interesting things that happen behind the scenes, and maybe some unexpected tangents too.

I would love to hear about performing at Cruel World and opening for The Damned this Summer. I have tix for the latter, but am going to be out of town. 😭
Also what inspires you, how you got into music, what's happening in Vancouver, BC, and yes of course, ghost stories.

ACTORS and Leathers have been some of my favorite discoveries in recent years! Since nothing happens in a vacuum, I'd always be interested in hearing more about your inspirations... other bands and musicians, music, art, film, literature that defined you and the band... or any other projects you and other band members were/are involved with... or friends and bands you were touring with... any making-of/background info and behind-the-scenes stories, new and upcoming projects. I haven't been immersed in the goth/darkwave/post-punk scene since the mid 90s, and would love to find out what I've missed and fill the gaps. Of course I'd also love to hear more about the band, the studio, tour life, gear, and ghost stories if you ever end up summoning a ghost, and when you're playing anywhere in the Baltimore, Maryland, Washington DC area ;) Anyway, I'm looking forward to following your posts!
